How do you start the process to become a "Brand Ambassador"?
The person responsible for the management and administration of the account associated with the corporate content source (administrator), will create and send an email with an invitation to participate in the program "BeAmbassador", which you will receive in your mailbox and in which you will find a link to begin with the configuration of the basic data required. You can also directly receive a link to register your account.
Clicking on the link mentioned above will take you to the home page to create your account as a brand ambassador for your company at BeAmbassador.
Creating your account
Your new account has the purpose of becoming a brand ambassador, and only you can decide if you accept or not to link your social networks. Your data is protected and you can always unlink and/or cancel your participation.
The standard procedure is to accept the invitation received and start creating your account, where in a first step you must define your username.
Linking your profiles
Depending on the configuration established by the administrator, you will be able to link one or more social networks (the ones he/she has requested). Currently, the available options are Twitter, Facebook Profile, Facebook FanPage, Linkedin Personal, Linkedin Company and Pinterest.
In the section "My Profiles" you will see the social networks enabled for you with a button to link your profiles to each of them. As mentioned above, you can decide which one to link and which one not to link.
The linking process only validates the credentials of your social networks, but in no case are your passwords saved.
What can I share on my social media?
In the section "Content Library" you will find content that the administrator has added because he considers it important and of a compatible theme with your profile.
Each publication in the repository has highlighted information and a preview of them so that you can easily decide what to do with them. Also noteworthy is the "like" button, which will help to better position all the content of the repository. You can also discard content if you are not interested in spreading it.
You will also see a "Read and schedule" button. With it, you can:
Schedule the publication in all your profiles automatically or custom, setting a date and time determined by your preferences.
You can select the same day to publish on all your social networks or customize it by profiles.
Occasionally, you may also be interested in spreading content only in one of the linked profiles. You will have this option if you need it.
Where do I see what is going to be diffused?
All the content that you have been scheduling and that is pending to be diffused in your linked profiles can be seen in the "Outbox/Timeline" section. You will find different filters to visualize it better, among them the social networks and the days to see. You can also remove from the Outbox/Timeline a publication scheduled to be diffused.
